Ingecom ignition partners with XM Cyber to bring continuous exposure managemnet to leading enterprise

  • The distribution agreement between the value-added distributor and the vendor focuses on developing business opportunities in Italy, Portugal and Spain.
  • XM Cyber enables organisations to move away from endless lists of vulnerabilities and instead operationalise CTEM initiatives and fix issues with the greatest impact.

Madrid, February 19, 2025 – Ingecom Ignition, an Exclusive Networks company, Value-Added Distributor (VAD) specialized in IT cybersecurity solutions, OT/ICS cybersecurity, IoT and IoMT and cyber intelligence, has today signed a distribution agreement for Spain, Italy and Portugal with XM Cyber, the leader in enabling organisations to reduce risk and improve security with the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) framework.

XM Cyber helps organisations move away from endless lists of vulnerabilities and instead fix the issues with the greatest impact to on-prem and cloud environments. XM Cyber enables security teams at large enterprises to build and operationalise their CTEM initiatives, measure risk levels to business-critical assets, improve security posture and reduce risk.

XM Cyber transforms traditional vulnerability management programs into a holistic CTEM program to identify vulnerabilities, overly permissive identities and credential issues, as well as misconfigurations. It then contextualizes them to potential attack vectors, prioritises them according to risk to critical assets, and mobilises teams to remediate them for optimal, risk-free outcomes.

Ingecom Ignition is confident this solution will help protect our resellers and customers networks and data from constantly evolving cyberthreats, giving them peace of mind and allowing them to focus on their core business objectives.

Commenting on the agreement, Jorge Puerta, Country Manager for Spain at Ingecom Ignition, said: “This agreement allows Ingecom to expand its solutions portfolio with innovative technology that makes it easier for organisations to proactively identify and remediate risks in their critical infrastructure. XM Cyber provides a unique platform that enables real-time simulation of cyberattacks, analyses of potential access routes that attackers could exploit, and continuous security insight across OT, IT and hybrid cloud environments”.

“The addition of XM Cyber to our vendor ecosystem strengthens our cybersecurity value proposition, particularly in attack simulation, a key area for anticipating threats and improving infrastructure resilience. This alliance allows us to offer our customers and partners a differentiated solution to prevent advanced attacks, reduce risk surface and ensure effective protection of digital assets”, the executive added.

On the other hand, Karl Buffin, VP Sales, Southern Europe, LATAM and Africa at XM Cyber, says “We are delighted to partner with Ingecom Ignition, an Exclusive Networks company.  As our distribution partner, Ingecom will support XM Cyber’s regional presence and expand relationships with new and existing partners to drive revenue growth. Partners will have access to extensive sales, technical, and marketing support to help their customers remediate the exposures that pose the greatest risk”.
